The MatrixMag magnets are guaranteed to be free of any manufacturing defects for 3 years. The back support and knee strap are guaranteed for 3 months from date of purchase. Bandage wrap and adhesive patches are excluded.

Instructions

Magnet Placement:

Magnets should be positioned so that the smooth (logo) side is facing the body. The magnets may be placed over a thin layer of clothing (back support, knee strap, bandage wrap) or next to the skin (patches).

Duration & Frequency:

Magnets can be in position for 1-4 hours (or longer if tolerated) per application, 3 to 4 times per day, with 30-to-60-minute breaks.
Placement over center of chest, head or upper neck should initially be in place for a shorter duration (10-15 minutes) to monitor tolerance. Increase to maximum of 30 to 60 minutes application with equal-time breaks.

Washing Instructions:

Magnets: Wash in warm soapy water. Air dry.
Back support, knee strap: hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Air dry.

Note: Magnetic discs should not be positioned closer than 6 inches (15 cm) to an electronic medical device, such as a pacemaker or insulin pump.
