Shipping Policy

Shipping:
Flat rate delivery applies to Canada and the Continental United States. Currently, our shipping area is limited to Canada and the United States.

Returns:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is covered under warranty. If an item is returned for reasons other than a warranty issue, such as the product not meeting personal expectations or not functioning as intended for the customer’s application, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please ensure all duties and customs charges are prepaid when returning items. Any return shipments with unpaid duties or customs fees will be refused. Please note that original shipping costs, return shipping costs, duties, and customs charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount where applicable.

Duty and Shipping:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
